Though many centerpieces will be taken home by your guests, some will be left on the the tables with several days left of cheer in them. Arrange for them to be collected and dropped off to a local nursing home, hospice, or assisted living community. In some cases, an organization such as Flower Power may even pick up remaining flowers for you to brighten the day of those that need it most.
