A country club wedding is a wonderful thing. Guests have the sense that they are in someone’s home, and often there are gorgeous gardens to stroll through and patios to lounge on in between trips to the dance floor. Perhaps it’s from watching too much Mad Men and imagining a traditional ’50s wedding, but when we saw Filippa’s new Queenie shoe adorned with pearls, all I could think about was a classic country club wedding…lace, tradition, and elegance.
